Yes. You'll get an order confirmation by email as soon as you check out, and tracking details are sent to the same email once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Most items are made to order. Production takes 3–10 business days depending on the product, before dispatch. Once dispatched, domestic delivery within Australia takes 7–10 business days, and international delivery takes 6–27 business days depending on destination and customs processing. These are estimates and may run longer during peak periods.
Domestic (Australia): free for orders up to $60, $10 flat rate for orders $61 and over. International: $15 flat rate for orders up to $60, free for orders $100 and over.
No. Most items are fulfilled by whichever print partner is closest to your delivery address, to keep production and shipping times down. A few pieces, such as The Binding Oath, are made in Australia only regardless of where you're ordering from, which can mean a longer wait.
Regular-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. To start a return, email info@choiceculture.com.au.
No. Limited-edition and pre-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as each run is made to order specifically for that release. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering..
Sizing & Fit
Every product page links to a size chart to guide your choice. Garments are selected to suit the artwork rather than fitted to a trend, so we recommend checking the chart rather than assuming your usual size.
Fabric varies by garment type. Tees are 100% cotton — The Binding Oath, and our other tees use 100% combed cotton for a softer hand-feel (180-200gsm). Hoodies and sweatshirts are a cotton/polyester blend (290-350gsm), chosen because it holds the print longer and keeps the fleece comfortable.
Care & Fabric
Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the print. Wash cold and line dry where possible. If you do tumble dry, use a low heat setting to avoid shrinking. Do not iron directly on the printed area.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders are placed directly through the site, the same as any other order.
We'll share updates at each stage of production, on the site and by email, right through to dispatch. Timelines vary by product — check the specific listing for the estimated release window.
Once your order ships, tracking details are sent by email. To amend an order, contact us at info@choiceculture.com.au before it enters production — once production starts, we can't make changes.

No. If the art speaks to you, that's reason enough. The story is there if you want it, not a requirement.

Some pieces, like The Binding Oath, are limited runs. Others, like Shard of Self and Valor's Crest, are ongoing and always available.
Every design today starts and ends with a commissioned artist — none of our current art is AI-generated. In our earliest days, a small number of pieces began as AI-assisted concepts before being fully reworked by hand by a commissioned artist prior to release. That practice stopped as soon as we could commission artists directly, and every design since has been 100% original, commissioned work.
